Pastor Tunde Bakare is hale, hearty and in good spirits

The Executive Council of The Latter Rain Assembly has issued a statement regarding the collapse of Pastor Tunde Bakare during a lecture on Monday, May 18.

The founding pastor of the assembly had slumped while speaking at “Renaissance Capital- 6th Annual Pan- African Investor Conference” in Lagos.

The brief statement released by the church’s executive council advised that everyone should remain calm as the cleric recuperates.

It said: “Thank you all for your outpouring of affection and concern through calls, messages, and prayers. Please be assured that Pastor ‘Tunde Bakare is hale, hearty and in good spirits, though in need of rest.”

“We therefore ask everyone to please remain calm and give him the space and time to fully recuperate over the next few days. Thank you all once again.”
