Although the former public school head girl was sentenced to three days in jail, she is expected to be released immediately as she has been held in police custody since Tuesday.

Earlier this morning the aeronautical engineering graduate from Derby pleaded guilty to a public nuisance offence - a crime that could have carried a punishment of up to three-months in the notorious Kota Kinabalu prison in Borneo.
