An unknown man who resides in Warri reconstructed his tricycle better known as Keke Napep into land helicopter.
The Tricycle very much looks like a Helicopter but has no spining and wings making it unable to fly.

has been reported to have reconstructed his tricycle (‘Keke Napep’)
turning it into some thing like a helicopter.
