A civil servant is on the verge of losing his job after he was caught
redhanded having s*x with an unidentified lover right in his office in
the council building. The local government in western Bolivia where the
incident happened has become embroiled in a scandalous affair after the
incident happened.
The couple were filmed in the throes of passion in several locations at
the offices of the local council in the central west city of Oruro. The
man is reportedly a civil servant, and the woman a former government

The man seen on the video has been identified as the chief systems
engineer, Miguel Medina, a council employee. Clearly not satisfied with
their dirty little secret being confined to Medina's office, the couple
were seen in different rooms all around the council building. Angry
citizens have reported the act to the local governor, Víctor Hugo
Vasquez, but until now no official statement has been made.
