Buhari, APC NWC holds closed door meeting

 

President Muhammadu Buhari monday met with the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee (NWC) at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Members of the NWC, led by the Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie Oyegun, arrived at the Aso Rock Villa at about 8p.m. for the meeting which was held at the First Lady Conference Room.

The Deputy Chairman of the party, Lawani Shuaibu, the Zonal Chairman, Chief Segun Oni, were among the NWC members at the meeting.

The closed door meeting began at about 8:30pm, shortly after the President and his deputy, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, came in.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachi David Lawal; the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, among others, were in attendance.

As at the time of filing this story, the meeting was still on.
